    Last time I was here was about 12 years ago. I totally forgot how good the food is. Very friendly staff and very clean place.  AMAZING BACON AVOCADO CHEESEBURGER.  BEST IVE HAD IN SAN FERNANDO VALLEY.  They did lettuce wrap it for me since I am Diabetic.  They have a dedicated customer for life. Thank you Queens Burgers!

    I live down the street and I rarely go here, use to come as a kid with my dad when the "special" was 4.25! So as soon as the prices began increasing and quality decreased I stopped coming!
    Previous employees were always on point, quick and friendly. The new employees are younger guys that just seem way too careless!
    Yes you can get a big burger and fries but it's not quality, the meat is most likely frozen, I love going to Burger Lounge so you can imthere's basically nothing to compare.

    Placed an over the phone order and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Upon arrival, turns out the order was "lost". The worst part is I'm able to recognize the person who took my order because I know the establishment pretty well. I'm sitting here waiting for my order, defeats the purpose of a phone order. Very unorganized and not professional whatsoever. I only ordered because my dad wanted this so whatever.

    Been coming here since I was little. Good food and always fresh. Customer service can sometimes be a bit a rough but the food makes up for it!

    This place fucking smacks. Burgers? Best. Fries? Best. Coke? Best. A bunch of Mexican dudes working their asses off? Best. Nothing better than clocking off work and stopping by to pay $7.12 for a juicy greasy burger with the grease dripping down your palms. Nothing beats it. Nothing. NADA. FORGET ABOUT IT

    I love the food and have been coming here for YEARS but the customer service is getting worse.. I always call in to order and the employee behind the phone is rude and disrespectful.
